Jelly Y Jam

Good question.  Our jellies are made mostly with wine, beer and spirits which would make them jellies.  However, some have fruit in them that would make them jam.  For example our popular Caribbean Kicker jam is made with pineapple, habanero's, and rum.  So this should be considered a jam because it has crushed pineapples and habanero peppers in it.  Our Merlot flavor is made with merlot wine and no fruit so it should be considered a jelly and not a jam.
